Grief is very personal and unique to each person and there is no right or wrong way to grieve.

The Aftercare team is committed to providing donor families with helpful and specific grief resources. As we are privileged to work with families that have diverse backgrounds and beliefs, you may find that some of these materials meet your needs better than others. With that in mind, it is our sincere hope that you will find words of guidance and comfort in the selection we have provided.

If you have just experienced a loss, our staff truly understands how much is expected of you and your family. We created this Checklist of Tasks in effort to help you stay organized as you continue to move through this difficult time.

If you are feeling overwhelmed and despondent at this time, we strongly encourage you to speak with your physician or other trusted healthcare provider who may be able to connect you with a support group or other grief providers.
